Do you remember feeling invincible as a teen?
Do you remember thinking you already knew everything that was really important in life?
Maybe you did and probably you didn't, but that power and confidence helped you blaze a trail to where you are today. Sometimes, I feel like I've out grown that teen spirit, then I look at my daughters and see the power they possess.
"I was like that once."
So this week, in honor of the post-Memorial Day official start of summer, quiet the loud and photograph something that rekindles that teen spirit that lives within us all! Explore what symbols speak about freedom, bravery and confidence to you! Then photograph it! And post it! If you were a teen, without limiting thoughts, that's exactly what you would do.
Live with the freedom of summer and youth burning brightly in your heart.
And in the words of the modern day poet, Jessie J. ~
|Don't lose who you are in the blur of the stars!|
